Thokozani's biggest capital asset is property: a piece of land at Diemersfontein Wine & Country Estate (market value R6m) was transferred to Thokozani in 2007, and developed for conferencing and tourist purposes. Thokozani currently runs a blooming conferencing business, in combination with 2 newly built cottages (another four are planned for the near future).
