Great excitement at Thokozani and Diemersfontein Wine Estate today. WC Minister of Economic Opportunities Alan Winde honoured us with a friendly, behind-the-scenes visit to experience our harvest process first-hand, and to discuss measures to mitigate the risks of fires and droughts with Denise Stubbs (Thokozani Director), Dian Joubert (Sales & Marketing), Waldo Kellerman (Viticulturist) and Francois Roode (Winemaker) #SAharvest2016 #heartWellington #discoverctwc
Our conference centre can accommodate 80 delegates Cinema Style, 60 delegates schoolroom style and 30 delegates U-shape. All conference catering are done onsite at Seasons Restaurant. We also offer 29 rooms for delegates to enjoy their stay over conference.
On-site activities can be arranged such as wine tasting, cellar tours, horse riding, our beauty spa can be enjoyed and also activities like the well-known survivor challenge, minute to win it or a potjiekos competition can be arranged.
Thokozani means “Celebration” and it is in this spirit that our business was launched in 2006, with a current 80% black ownership of the Diemersfontein staff. In the heart of the Cape Winelands at Diemersfontein Wine and Country Estate we offer the perfect tranquil and rustic setting to positively influence all delegates, eliminate day to day and city-life distractions, creating a motivational environment & relaxed state of mind.
